The BBULL Alpha HF is a reimagined fill level inspection. The utilized high frequency technology, already present within our line-up for decades, has undergone a complete overhaul on its mechanical parts and software evaluation.
Especially suitable for glass and PET bottles without metal coatings or metallic labels.
An additional temperature compensation keeps consistent values even with changing surrounding temperatures.
The optional Foam detector assures the detection of underfilled bottles, even with foaming products.
One of the Problem of the old HF technologies was the lack of flexibility, that is why we made the measuring jaws adjustable to different bottles shapes. This assures optimal measurements.
Furthermore, we gave the measuring bridge the alpha concept intelligence and connected it to the Alpha Line for maximal flexibility, scaleability and connectivity.
