STRATEC PC-400
Universal Operating, Control and Processing Unit 400 Series
GENERAL INTRODUCTION
For processing production data in the filling
industry STRATEC PC-400 offers a standardised operation- and control
unit. This can be applied for different applications as well as for quality
assurance and production increase in the filling domain.
By a modular constitution, the STRATEC PC-400 presents itself to the
user as a consistent alphanumerical user surface, on a PC module based PC.
The operation unit allows the user to enter all parameters for process control.
Actual production data are shown at the TFT monitor of the processing unit.
The simple operator guidance by touch screen is menu orientated and demands a very
low customisation of the user. Besides the operation of the system, interface
for data exchange as well as an option for remote maintenance are at the users
disposal.
APPLICATION
The
man-machine communication occurs with the STRATEC PC-400 series by a
combined control element at the TFT monitor where all applications of different
technology and functionality are controlled and displayed. Therefore the following
sensor bridges can be adjusted to the processing unit:
fill
level Inspection:
Measuring procedure for CL-X x-ray, CL-G gamma,
CL-HF high frequency- or CL-O with optical measurement
operation |
cap inspection:
Sensory for optical-, inductive- and ultra-sonic
operation |
LG-400 Empties management based on an
ultrasonic light sensor technology |
F-400 filler management and E-400 label management
with conventional sensor technology |
VK full case inspection with opti-cal-, ultrasonic-,
x-ray- or gam-ma procedure |
The function of the system is de-fined by the software, which can be recorded by flash-disc.
The complete control unit STRATEC PC-400 communicates with the sensor bridge which is installed either at the conveyor or at the machine. It also processes the in- and output signals application-oriented and function dependent. All freely programmable, dry in- and outputs of the control unit offer an optimum flexibility.
