Universal Operating, Control and Processing Unit 4000 Series
GENERAL INTRODUCTION
BBULL TECHNOLOGY has developed a new series for the filling industry:
STRATEC PC-4000. It marks a new standard for processing production data in the high-
performance range.
Designed modularly the STRATEC PC-4000 presents a uniform graphical user interface on
an industrial PC based on "Windows". A part from various means of graphical presentations'
of production data there is also a BED interface as well as an option for remote
maintenance. The "Windows"- based graphical display that is very easy to use and to
understand offers a fast and clear survey of current states of processing. The variable
applications of the basis system demand a minimum
spares inventory for the customer.
APPLICATION
The communication between the user and the STRATEC PC-4000 occurs by a Touch Screen controlling and displaying all differtent applications and functions.
For that reason the following sensor bridges can be connected to the processing unit:

The system´s function is defined by the software that is stored on a flash disc.
The complete processing of all required production data is performed by the STRATEC PC-4000 industrial PC communicating with the sensor bridge that is installed either at the conveyor or in the machine. The dry inputs and outputs are freely programmable and offer optimal flexibility at the control unit for processing and graphical presentation of all production data.
