STRATEC GLK not only detects broken grip holders or missing pieces but also almost all other kinds of damages in the grip holder section, as well as hair cuts and broken,
but remaining grip holders.
Fine cracks or smooth broken grip holders can not be detected by optical systems,
but take large disturbances with the material flow.
The system is suitable for empty and filled empties crates and can be installed
both completion of an available crate inspection and stand-alone-system.

The sensory is installed above the crate transport and does not have any
extravagant or flexible pieces.
There is the possibility of monitoring of the damage and a statistical utilisation
of the measure values by an optional software package.
All meter readings can be stored and utilised over a longer periode of time. This
is very important for evaluate the quality of the beverage crates or for the planning
of replacement investments.
With the help of the parameter tool the sensitivity of the system can be adjusted comfortably
and all required defectives can be rejected.
